1. Customer Qualification

In order to purchase from ZLab you must be 18 years or older (UAE). In order to purchase wholesale products from ZLab you must have a valid retail business. ZLab reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of business status. ZLab reserves the right to cancel any order that is found to be unqualified.

  1. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
  2. All order tracking information is sent as soon as the order is shipped.
  3. ZLab does not take responsibility for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.
  1. Damaged or Missing Products
  2. Incorrect, damaged or missing products must be claimed within seven days of delivery.
  1. Returns

We do not accept returns on opened and used products. All returns must be reported within seven days of delivery. Any product returned that is opened, used and / or not in its original packaging, will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not store your credit card information in our records. We may collect information including name, address, phone number and contact information in order to process the orders.
